With the increasingly keen competition throughout the world, international commerce plays an increasingly significant role in all aspects of human life. To some extent, commercial likes a mirror for the social advance; on the other hand, international commerce leads to a complicated social change as well. The main theme of this essay is to discuss how international business affects world, particularly in this era of globalization. This essay will present a description of the simple notion of the international business in the globalization dimension and detailed presentation of the influence of globalized business. Specifically, in section one, a brief review of the international business will be given. In the next section, a short summary of globalization history will be discussed with individual regard to the advantages and disadvantages of globalization. In the final section, there will be case studies on how globalized business affects the lives, society and working environment.

The definition about international business
International business includes several categories of business activities that across national borders. As a matter of fact, there are different definitions on international business. However, the basic one is that international business is a business process which including purchasing services across two nations or more national boundaries. Besides, international business usually takes place among large enterprises, which have operating units outside their own countries.

On the other hand, international business has become enormous in scale and has come to exercise a significant influence over political areas. At the same time, there are numerous restrictions and environmental variables that are extremely valuable in international business, for instance, foreign exchange market, multicultural environment and legal systems. Thus, international business is a remarkable limited situation of commercial. As the higher level of business, international business and globalization power are closely linked.

The definition about globalization
Globalization can be referred to as a phenomenon and a process of goods, world views, products, ideas, and other aspects of culture. It has evolved partly as a result of the trend for increasing international commercial across national boundaries and the conduct of corporate activities in more than one country and changes in the various features of the international business surroundings. Many theorists think that globalization probably derive from 19th century (Brook.I, 2007). From this perspective, it is possible to identity four phases of globalization. The first phase is peaked in 1880, when was characterized by transportation and automation developing. Moreover, telecommunication in the late of 1800s promoted information transfer, which many corporations found to be notably useful to manage their supply chains.
