By latest news McDonald's introduce a new product as fruit maple oatmeal in its menu in 2011. McDonald is using Operation Management system for be in an International market. Operations management is being involved with the overall strategy of the organization.

The volume dimension of McDonald is based on how many Hamburgers are made by the operation. McDonald’s volume of Hamburger production is enormous and associated with a low price. The volume of McDonald’s operation is the core to how the business is profitable and managed.
