Right personnels for different fields in different organization should be employed this is so as to enhance perfect communication. Proper induction programmes should be there so that the company policies are clear to all employees. Proper training is also needed for all employees of different organization so as to enable efficient communication in the organization.
2. Use of simple language.
Clear words and simple words should for better understanding and communication. Ambiguous words should be avoided so as to avoid confusion and misinterpretation of information. The use of simple words makes information to be easily interpreted , understood , and applied in the correct fields.
3. Reduction and elimination of noise levels.
Noise is the major barrier to effective communication. This can be solved by identifying the source of noise and eliminating them so as to enhance efficient and better communication.
4. Active listening.
This is hearing with proper message understanding. Active listening is advisable so as to receive the message intended by the speaker. Active listening also encourages the speaker to offer much informative message .
5. Emotional state.
Emotion is important during communication so as to pass clear messages to the audience . Emotion state of a speaker is very important so as to prevent the audience from misinterpreting the intended message. This causes ineffective communication channels.
