Introduction
Work occupies an enormous amount of our lives. We tend to be happy at our job. Sometimes this can be challenging, especially if you do not have a job of your dreams. Every effective manager and leader has a tough task, finding a right way to motivate an employee knowing that the same approach might not have the same result on every each worker. The word motivation actually means “making someone to move”. There is a saying, you can take a horse to the water but you cannot force it to drink; it will drink only if it is thirsty-so with people.
Every organization should care about employees’ satisfaction, because it directly influences the company’s performance and profit. Nowadays workers are seen as one of company’s assets and should be efficient and effective. Compensation and benefit management is one tool that a company uses for attracting, motivating and retaining people.
