This handbook will clearly outline the company policies we have in effect, you will be able to
familiarize yourself with the details of our employee relations. It is a form of protection for our workers'
rights and regulations. His handbook will be divided into three sections the first will cover the
Standardized HR policies, the second section will consist of the possible problem and difficulties and
the last will be the answers to some frequent questions.
The Davey Tree Expert employee handbook is created to familiarize you with Davey Tree and
provide you with information about working conditions, employee benefits, and some of the policies
affecting your employment. HR policies are the formal rules and guidelines that businesses put in place
to hire, train, assess and reward the members of their force. These policies are organized and used in an
easily used form such as Standardized HR policies (answers). The Davey Tree rules for personnel will
be including and not limited to include such things as.
Be kind, courteous, and considerate to all of our customers.

Conduct yourself appropriately at all times while in uniform, on or off Company premises.
Sexual harassment and discrimination of any form will not be tolerated.
Salary and hourly wages will not be discussed between employees.
The hiring process will include having a thorough background check done and to include a drug
test. The employment will depend on the truthful information being in the application if the application
is found to have anything that is found to be a lie or omitted in any form then it will not be considered.
