Introduction
This practical experiment has been set up to measured and record the specific product of specific amount of substrate which is added to specific amount of enzymes. Finally the name of the product is called Maltose. The substrate of starch and enzymes of amylase is going to be tested in three different types of controls.
Materials and Methods
The experiment began in the Biology lab where I sat my equipment. Firstly the health and safety rule has been applied before the experiment started. It engaged all the students to wear a lab coats and safety goggles. Secondly we began to prepare the equipment for this experiment and finally we collected the results. The next step was to prepare the three controls.

From 0?C to 80 ?C -5 ml of amylase + 5 ml distilled water.
From 0?C to 80 ?C - 5 ml distilled water + 5 ml starch.
From 0?C to 80 ?C -5 ml boiled amylase + 5 ml starch.
